Common Problems

Nothing comes up in the web player

Chances are you are using Firefox 3 and Windows Vista. To fix this problem, go to the Firefox Addons page and download the "Windows Media Plugin."

My music player/the web player never connects

If you can never get a connection on a specific computer or network, then you are probably behind a firewall. This means you won't be able to listen with either the web player or your own music player.

One solution is to use the Radio Tuna player. Note: We are in no way affiliated with Radio Tuna and provide no gurantees or warranties on their player.

Manually Connecting

If you are having problems with the music player links, you can try manually connecting using these instructions.

WinAmp

  1. Open WinAmp
  2. Click the button labeled File in the top left corner.
  3. Select "Play URL..."
  4. Type, or copy and paste, www.circle7radio.com:5800 into the dialog box that opens.
  5. Click the "Open" button.
  6. Enjoy the music!

iTunes Media Player

Windows Media Player
